Q. Can I make a reservation on that day？
It is possible if there is space, but we somehow decline your request. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.
Q. I would like to cancel my reservation.
Please contact us via the inquiry form or email at least 2 days before the date we provide our service. For cancellations on the day before or on the day of the event, please contact us by phone. Also, a cancellation fee may be charged depending on the date you cancel. Please check each plan page for details.
Q. What kind of clothes should I wear?
Please wear clothes that are easy to move in, shoes that are easy to walk in, put your belongings in a backpack or crossbody bag in order to keep your hands free. Even in summer, we recommend wearing clothing that does not expose your skin, such as long sleeves. Please see the “Preparation” page for information on what to wear for each season.
Q. Please tell me about insurance.
At the beginning of the tour, you will automatically be enrolled in accident insurance (2 million yen upon death, 60,000 yen upon hospitalization). If you are concerned about the insurance, we recommend that you take out your own accident insurance.
Q. Please tell me about the things that can be rented.
We offer paid rentals such as waterproof jackets and pants. As the number is limited, please contact us at least 3 days before the tour if you would like to rent it.
Q. Please tell me about the meeting place.
We are flexible about “Meeting location”. Please let us know where you would like to be picked up. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Q. What should I do if I can't make it on time for the meeting time?
If there is a significant delay, the tour content would be changed . Please contact us by phone as soon as possible If you think you will be late.
Q. What should I do if I leave something behind?
Please contact us via inquiry form or email, and let us know as much detail as possible, such as the date of the participation, your name, what and where you leave your stuff behind.
Q. Can children participate by themselves?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not allow children under the age of 12 to participate only by themselves. Please be sure to participate with someone over the age of 13. As this is an activity in nature, we ask to refrain adults (parents) from only accompanying or observing the tour.
